Bicycle Advocacy

I created these posters for a design contest run by a bicycle advocacy group. We were given the tagline “Bike more. Drive less. Breathe easier.” to work with. I based my posters on the negative impact cars have on global warming and illustrated two simple, yet bold images to get my point across. I won honorable mention.

Penguin poster:
Over the past 25 years, several penguin populations have shrunk by 33 percent in parts of Antarctica due to the rapidly melting ice sheets caused by global warming.

Liberty poster:
Global warming and resulting rising sea levels have the potential to put many coastal areas at risk of severe flooding.
